Check out the link popularity on these 2 domains on namewinner

infohiway.com $560 is the bid

x-men-the-movie.com Bid $50 ( I was afraid to bid on this one because of copyright and trade mark issues ) any comments, it has a heap of link popularity, and i bet it gets a load of traffic, and it is said the be the official domain for the movie...... If I got it I would put related amazon affiliate links and other x-men related affiliate links on it, Would I get in to trouble doing that with domains like this,

not that it matters I am not the highest bidder, but you can be if you hurry it end on 11/01

It is just a redirect to the official site.

You may get into trouble with trademark issues

Why would you redirect to the real site? They could see your domain in the referals section of stats and take the name from you! Its like sending a bomb to someone with a return address label on the box.
