I thought it might be fun and educational to have a thread where domain names are mentioned, and then discussed, as far as their potential ROI is concerned.

So it might go like this. First, I'll mention a domain name. And I think to keep it interesting, I'll mention one that's currently available.
JerseyAutoTrader.com

And then I ask if you'd reg it. If so, why? If not, why?

And I'll also answer my own question. I wouldn't reg this one, because I know that in order for it be useful for an actual website, someone would have to develop a website dedicated to the trading of automobiles in New Jersey. And I just don't see that happening in the near future.

What say you?

How about:
SEOTelevision.com
?
It's available, but I chose not to reg it because I think SEO is declining in usefulness, and I just don't see that day coming when there will be a television channel dedicated to SEO. Although, I do wonder if this one has potential for the fact that some other speculator might disagree with me, and be willing to buy it from me for a small return.

What do you think?

Then there's:
laughterblog.com

Currently available. I'm choosing not to reg it because I haven't had any luck selling domain names containing the word "blog". Although, if I had to pick one to turn that around, it might be this one. But alas I'm saving my precious few remaining functioning GoDaddy codes for a domain name that gets my blood pumping in the primal sense, as if I were an ancient caveman sneaking up on a lone Wooly Mammoth that had strayed off from the rest of the herd, and I'm thinking to myself, "oh yeah, this one's mine." And I'm not just not getting that from this domain name.

Edit: I did actually end up getting that one, because who doesn't like to laugh? I mean besides Satan, who doesn't like to laugh?

LittleHouseofHorror.com?
Available, but it really wouldn't have made for a good flick if there was only one horror. But could there be fanatics out there who would still like to own this, even without the trailing 's'?

InstantAutoRepair.com?
It sounds wonderful, like you just push a button on your smart phone, or pull a can from your purse and voila, your car is repaired. But I don't think I'll be seeing such technology in my lifetime.

insufficent.com?

Oh the irony, to derive the word insufficient of an 'i', making it insufficient. Would this one sell? It's available.

intelligencewiki.com?

Interlacings.com?

Would you buy it just because it's an actual word, and not a misspelling? If so, you better get on it!

inudewoman.com
Would that go for anything in the adult category?

iOwnLand.com?
A website for the insecure and over-privileged?

I wouldn't reg it but it has development potential for body damage / window kits or plug-ins for flash updates.
