Research it, find your girl and offer a proposal. My last Tattoo was $120 per hour over 6.5 hours. These Artists are making serious money and $5000 is more than reasonable for this one. Good luck.

So, if the OP domain was offered to me at a reasonable price and within my budget, I would buy it and use as a redirect.
