In the process of deleting some renewed Russian Geo .com's. I hear Russians are Cheap and are even harder to explain the value of domains much less .com's especially when they have the .ru option and the domain is available for handreg fee in .ru (probably)
I specifically picked out most expensive areas in Russia to live in mainly in Moscow. Would a Russia equivalent of say Zillow want to secure some .dotcom's? or would they stick with .ru?
I realized now there's no one else I can sell these domains except for Russia Real Estate sites or maybe if Zillow or other Global Real Estate sites show properties in this area.
Even then Russia (to me at least) doesn't scream "big money" to me.
examples.

The stretch of Khamovniki between Boulevard Ring and Garden Ring, known as Golden Mile, is downtown Moscow's most expensive housing area.
