I have a domain called StudentLoanDebtConsolidation.org
It may not be a fantastic name however the CPC competition on this name is fantastic and if traffic can be driven to it then there is some good money to be made I am sure.
I am too busy on other projects at the moment therefore do not have the time to either optimise it or set up a minisite or something along those lines.
Therefore I am looking for someone that is wanting to rent a domain and I will offer it for free. The only thing that I ask is that I receive 50% of any ad/affiliate revenue.
If this venture works well I will be more than willing to provide 50% ownership of the name or even consider a full 100% offer if that is what the person wishes.
If anyone is interested please PM me and we can have a chat.
Thanks,
Craig.

EDIT: Domain is no longer available for rent. I am now looking for a keen and motivated business partner who I can trust and rely on.

Whats to stop people buying a name for $10 and then owning 100% of it and the time they spent developing without any risk of someone simply taking it away on a whim? :-/

Yes, I have the same question.

Why would one rent your domain and not spend $10 to buy his own domain and keeps 100% revenue by himself? I don't see anything so special about your domain for which one would work hard on it and give away 50% share to you...

50% share to me because I spent the money on the domain. Of course the 50% would be negotiable. And the fact I am offering 50% onwership FOR FREE if things go well is surely incentive enough no?
Furthermore the ad revenue potential for this domain is very, very big make no mistake.
Please advise me as it would seem as if you think you may have better ideas guys?

I think this is an interesting idea, better than parking pages if a fair deal can be worked out for both developer and owner.

The problem that I see with this domain is that it would be easy to develop (it has good revenue potential) but it would be hard to stay ranked for.

Hi Entre,
I understand what you are saying in regards to the ranking however it is not paramount that we attain a massively high ranking just a steadily increasing stream of good quality traffic going to the domain. If we can have updating and relevant content with some link exchanging and of course more than this then we could be on to a winner.
If it would suit I could provide 30% ownership of the name straight away and me and my partner could work together to make this name a good success.
Here are some stats for the name:

Average Monthly Searches: 33,604
Average Cost Per Click: $37.12 USD
Average Ad Competition: high

I have decided that the name is no longer available to rent and now I want a business partner for this project that is motivated towards turning this project into big money.

While you have a good idea, there is a reason many people are not doing this, and that is the low cost to buy a domain of this quality.

While I agree that the domain should earn some money if parked or developed properly, the exact search traffic numbers are 14,800 or about half of the broad search numbers. This is still pretty good, but I don't see it translating into big money without big work. Remember you are not going to be getting $31 a click under most cercumstances. If you got $6-$12 you would be doing very well. So why would I spend several hundred dollars of my time/money to work for 50% of the revenue when you only spent about $10?

I'm not saying this to be mean or critical, it's just how I think most people will see the deal you are offering. You still may find someone, but I think you will have better luck if you offer them 60%-80% of the revenue generated. Good luck!
