Hello Rajitha; You need to do a lot of reading and studying before you register and try to sell domain names.
"java surface technology" means absolutely nothing in English, it gets zero google results. I hate to see you waste your hard-earned money in registering domain names that mean nothing, and then asking $2 million for them. You have a lot to learn, so take your time and study.
