Hello,

I am using the Balance of Blue (Wordpress) template and tried to add Adsense to the head banner, but failed. When I go to the hosting cpanel trying to find where to place the code. The banner is supposedly placed here:
themes/new-balance-of-blue/images/468ad.jpg, but, as you see that is a jpg file and I cannot place an Adsense code.

Can someone assist me with this?

Thanks

Try this in the header file:
/images/468ad.jpg"
Replace just that with the adsense code.
Make sure the adsense code is 468x60

I tried that, but it has not worked. This is what I had in the 468ad.jpg, which I replaced with the Adsense code, but it did not work. Any other suggestion?

First off, it's not in your cpanel. Login to your Wordpress installation's admin panel, and try looking at the theme's header.php file. The code you need to edit might be in there.

Some Wordpress themes may already have an ad settings page where you can just copy/paste your adsense code in.

The 468ad.jpg file you mentioned is the image file in use right now. This is not an editable text file.
If you wanted to host your own graphic banner, you would replace this file.

Come into the administrative panel, find "to Edit design". There find corresponding section. In your case header. Also add a code.
