Are the RSS feeds filtered? Do I just pick a keyword and it grabs those? Do I need to have specific RSS feeds already or do it use a specific list? Is it a 1 time fee of $7?

You just add specific feeds and it adds post out of the feeds. I have specific categories and different rss feeds get posted to different categories of your blog. I googled for rss feeds then just tried a bunch some worked some didnt. If you want to buy it it is a one time fee.
