As long as you are going to develop it, then there is no need for an appraisal at this point. You have no intension of selling it undeveloped so it matter not what it is worth at this point (becasue it is worth nothing without development).

The domain is good and short but if you are to develop and brand it, I suggest you buy WORDFIVE.com if available. If not, can the domain and find one that is not easily mimmicked.

With a domain like that, all of it's value will come from the content and traffic and none of it will be bcause of the domain,. although it is nice and short, it really means nothing.
