advice Won Domain on SnapNames, Can't find it anywhere

I won a domain 3 days ago.

I got an email saying it was registered to Ascio, I didn't get any info about the account credentials on the site.

Where can I find the domain, I tried all of Ascio partner companies, including Ascio, And NetworkSoltuions and I cant find the domain anywhere
: it says its registered to Ascio on whois but I didn't receive any info and when trying to reset password with my email i dont get emails

What type of auction? Private seller? Expired? Dropped? Is your info in the whois?

This also happened to me, Namejet told me the domain was on ASCIO but I found later it actually was on Easily.uk.
