Wmv, avi, ect convertor to .FLV

I am looking for someone to make me a convertor so when i give the script my site url with the file i.e: http://www.domain.com/files/ it will convert all wmv, avi files to .flv please post or PM me your prices i need this done asap.

I have full server access so the script can use every thing.

I have:

PHP4 + PHP5
MYSQL
SHELL
LINUX SERVER

Do you have root access to the server? If so, I can help you out.. there are certain PHP extensions you can use for media manipulation like this, however they require root access to install.
