Well, got a very good bite today on one of my names. It seems that Tiger Country 100.7 FM out of Baton Rouge, LA is interested in aquiring tigerradio.com from me. Got a call from their office asking if I would be interested in selling it. Anyway, the GM is going to call me this evening to discuss.

Not sure what it would be worth to him, but I'm going to get what I can and run! Well, it has to be reasonable of course.

Well, no change in status at this time. Haven't heard from my contact since last update. I guess he is waiting me out! LOL.
I must admit he is making me nervous, but I shall not bend!

Actually at this point, if he calls and says I'll give ya 1-2k then so be it. I just want to make a good sale. Way I see it if I get 1-2k then I still make great profit! . It's just that I am hoping I can wait him out and he'll come back with a better offer. Who knows. This business ya just never know what might happen.
