Both are nice names clubbed with very less popular extensions although they make sense when put together.

I would say look at it with a long term perspective.
Hold it for sometime.
park it and wait for good offers.
Negotiate properly if/when an offer comes.
You may fetch mid xxxx to high xxxx atleast.
These are hot topics..specially Startup loans.

Don't look for a quick flip with these.

I was thinking of that as well, and the quick flip intention is to fund another launch. however as you said its better the dev and hold to get critical mass traffic etc as these are contextual
