Might have some TM issues if you purposely bought to obtain ad revenue. MS is very tough on TM's. You have any develop plans because the keywords, however, are nice IMO. People usually throw regfee because of TM issues, but I like the name. Development is key I think. GL Man.

Almost forgot:

I hate to throw out an appraisal because of possible TM issues, but I would say $xx w/o development.

None of this is "legal" advice, just my opinion. Remember as a domain buyer, take caution to TM implications.

I think this is a clearly TM ...... Dont go for the domain with words like Windows and Microsoft. Take a Clear risk free domain and develop it.....
