Perhaps, however, I’ve been contacted by representatives of Microsoft and they’ve presented me with a deal to sign off on the name and I wanted to get some opinions of what it might be worth.

Don't know what it is, but members seem to not want to appraise India domains right now. I gave up posting mine for a while. Doesn't matter anyway, they are worth whatever you sell them for anyway, right??? Ha!! I think domains are like clothes, whatever is in season is what is hot. Right now India domains are summer clothes, and the new .be are the winter clothes!!!

They offered me a price to sign off on the name “Windowslive” completely. It’s a starting price but it’s fairly significant.

I would have thought they had the power to simply take the domain away from you for free due to "windows" tm.

They may try but I think they understand that it might not be so cut and dried. Possession prior to trademark name application is worth a little more than nine tenths of the law.
