I found this on another forum. It appears to be two links to the Microsoft Windows Service Pack 3, one an image ISO link and the other an executable .exe.

Both come directly from Microsoft.com however since I believe this may be in strictly beta, I wouldn't recommend installing... I just found it kind of interesting. :D

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...ce-b5fb-4488-8c50-fe22559d164e&DisplayLang=en <-- The ISO image, you need mounting software to run it, such as Daemon Tools.

http://download.microsoft.com/downl...3fe2/windowsxp-kb936929-sp3-x86-debug-enu.exe <-- The exe, check the link its directly from download.Microsoft.com.

Lemme know what you think! :)

Man it's been out for like 2 months now...
It's not a beta...

Yeah. However it should be in beta because it wouldn't work with my fairly new computer.

Yeah, I downloaded it and it destroyed my keyboard. I don't know what happened. I called various places and finally ended up with microsoft tech and after an hour her final conclusion was to call a local technician to look into. I uninstalled it and the ie7 that came with it and turned my computer on & off a few times. Luckily, I had a keyboard that i found in the garbage (don't ask) laying around my kitchen. That is the keyboard that I'm typing with now. I am scared to re-install it, don't know If I will, maybe in awhile....ahhhhh. Be careful.. The first sign of the problem was an update that caused my computer to go to COMPUTER PC TEST MONITOR WORKING, PAGE. I had to turn the computer off for a minute and then all hell broke loose...
