Win 15$ easily, CSS Image Rollovers

First one to post a working css image rollover on this menu i have created will win 15$, payment through paypal only.

It needs to be a real copy of the image below

Note that theres a white border around the menu which needs to be included.
No javascript rollover... only pure and fast css with background-position: 0 -50px; etc

It needs to load fast and work on both IE and firefox
