Will Trade Perpetual IPB License for Owned VB License

I'm having a custom hack written by a vBulletin expert, and instead of paying $160 for a license, I'm willing to trade my perpetual Invision license. However, this perpetual license (which they don't sell anymore under their new pricing structure) entitles you to free upgrades to new versions forever. The only thing you don't get is support, but there's Invisionize.com which you can post on for free anyways. The vBulletin license needs to have at least 6 months of support left.
