Will this work on a MAC

Hey guys,
I've been having some problems coding this page and just wanted to make sure that it shows up on a MAC.

Can anyone reccomend a resource that discusses cross browser issues. Is there any officially documented way of making things look exactly same across browsers. Someone once told me that designing a site in all CSS will solve this problem. True?

Might go to W3c check for coding standards, and cross browser compliancy.
