Will do website for free (need portfolio)

Hi. Im trying to fill my portfolio a little bit so I want to do websites for free!
I have a good knowledge of c#, VB.net, .net framework, sql server, oracle, javascript(mostly jquery), html, css.
I can do some simple google maps Api, openId etc.

Im not very good at design. I can do something with css, but not with photoshop.

I would prefer to do programming part for existing design/template.

What I want from you: good understanding of what you want, not super-tight time frame,being a good person, generic website concept(i mean not a minisite, not some kind of parking site, not adult site, not traffic generating site). Just a usual website.
