domain wiiVP.com and WiiVideoPlayer.com --- value?

Hey guys,

I reg'd these two as soon as I went to wii.nintendo.com and saw that it is called the WiiVideoPlayer.

Look for yourself. Bottom left of the picture a tab that says "wii video player" and when you click it, you just taken back to the hompage.

I think it's what the device is officially called... your wii set consists of the wii remote, wii games and your wii videoplayer.

That is one way to interpret that phrase, however I would interpret it as part of the website interface for playing videos about the Wii. I do not think they will use it in the marketing or the branding of the Wii.

The Wii, will be called just that... Wii. (not even a 'the' in front).

If you look to the right of that phrase there are 3 tabs available to play all with videos about the Wii, I think this is the extent of the "Wii Video Player" text.

However, that's not to say you can't play videos on the Wii and it will not have some sort of video itunes player/type interface.

Hold on to the domain and see how things turn out, WiiVideoPlayer.com is much better than WiiVP.com in my opinion. It includes the Video (Video Games) and Player (Game Player) keywords too, so there is multi-use.

Click on the "FROM E3" 'tab' and then again on 'Watch reactions from the show attendees' then you get to a grid of videos, same with the other tabs as well I believe.

Yepp... definitely hold on to them the Wii will be able to play video - video and player are good keywords. Who knows there might even be a feature called the Wii Video Player built into it's dashboard/control panel of the system software

Ohh I totally see the videos now... :tri: And they are really cool, showing how people use the remote and such..

Ohh well if it is not the WiiVideoPlayer then I'll just combine it w/ my other wii domains when I finally sale.
