Hi ya'll --

I have recently gotten private offers for this domain and another person is asking for the appraised value. I came across this forum and I was curious to hear peoples opinion. I own another domain wifihard.com and I wanted to include this free with this wifisoft.com domain to whomever ends up with the domain. I certainly do not want them separated.

I'm debating to wait to just auction it and get the word around the wireless community or settle with one of the private offers.

Whenever I see someone asking for an appraisal based on someone interested in buying that domain and seeking an appraised value, I immediately think of the scam that has been around for a long time.....and I suspect that this is that same scam.

They are, or will be wanting you to pay for an appraisal...be careful.

Any real potential buyer will just ask you for a price or make you an offer in the first place.

I agree with chrys, be wary of that appraisal scam.

Its a good domain for sure. Every kind of hardware needs some kind of software or programming for it to work, wifi no exception. Plus you have a situation where wifi-soft.com and wifisoft.org have developed on the domains, both inferior domains that will leak traffic to wifisoft.com by people making this easy mistake. So I would park the domain and put a big for sale sign on it, and let both those companies know its for sale, and let them bid against eachother for it. They will want it just so they can redirect to their current sites.

I'll appraise $2500-3000 because of the competitors sites, but with endusers its always possible to receive much more.
