Why is Animated Avatar option disabled?

This was not an issue before why has it changed?

I like to use an animated avatar, please n tty

They are annoying and, if everyone used them, could potentially slow down rather older machines. Oh, they still lurk.

ive been a member for 5 years and it was never an issue, i like to have it back ASAP :p

I do think that either Business Members or Premium Members can use them, if they allow it with those accounts.

Honestly,

I think it's a much better option to have them disabled...they are rather annoying. I guess this is just my opinion but I would vote to keep them off honestly...
