Why I don't like any Copyright or Trademark !

Let,s share some thought,s on the Insanity of Copyright,s or Trademark,s

From my Expirience :

6 Juli 2010 - i got a very special Idea for the German Politic or Sport Teams

Germany ( Deutschland ) are 11 Letters ( Soccer Teams are 11 Players )
EUCH - is the german word for ,,YOU,,
so i started a research and a campaign :

Wir für Deutschland, wir für euch ( We for Germany we for you )

I registered all .com domains in August 2010

wirfürdeutschland.com
wirfuerdeutschland.com
wir-für-deutschland.com
wir-fuer-deutschland.com

the .de domains were registered but not online
in April 2012 i bought the domain

Wir-für-Deutschland.de ( 1000.-Euro )

and i invested 50k Euro in my campaign
i went to the Trademarkdepartment and ask 3 different TM Laywers
all told me i can,t get a TM on ,,DEUTSCHLAND,,
( to general and Deutschland has a protection obstacle )
so i send out my concept and many many merchandising article

in April 2012 i found an big Investor
in the same time the german Olympic Team started a campaign for Olympic Games in London

Wir für Deutschland ( and they got a TM ) 12 April 2012 ( bad faith )

My Investor stepped back and i got a settlement with the Olympic team on court
They told me : we don,t forbid you to do ,,Wir für Deutschland,,

i ask them than : so everyone can make ,,Wir für Deutschland ?,,

The Problem :

the DOSB ( Olympic Team ) got a TM - they want a monopol
so i can close my OnlineShop - nobody will print my Logos

the german Olympic Team get 150Million Euro for the Olympic Team to go to the Games
the german Olympic Team is supported from the Government
i send them my concept and also to all politic,s or sport Teams ( DFB soccer Team )
they are all in Frankfurt

My Point :

i still have the domain : Wir-für-Deutschland.de
i still fight them off and i will win
i will delete their TM ( i don,t like their TM )

so if you see the Olympic Games and you see the german Team than you see my Idea

btw : the President of the German Olympic Team ( Thomas Bach )
is now the President of the Olympic Games

he is just a Parasite

Another Story :

i bought the domain DSDS.tv at Sedo and the german TV Show DSDS took that domain away from me
i registered the generic domains : lefigaro.paris and Lefigaro.com took that domain away from me

About Trademarks :

i don,t like any TM
i don,t accept any TM
i will fight them till the end of time

for example : Apple

do you know how many different Company,s got a TM for the term Apple ?
do you know that a TM Department even doesnt check the TM ? they just take your money
do you know that you can delete or cancel a TM ?
do you know that you even can get a TM for Facebook Perfume ?

does a TM include the .com Domain ? and Why ?

it is all about the Nice Class

If there were no trademarks I would register. Ikea.online, open a webstore, use the Ikea brand name with the same font and colors and start selling cheapo, bad quality furniture to you. And you would only discover that you were tricked by the time your goods arrived and you wouldnt be able to do a thing about it.
There's a reason for trademarks, and surely this will sometimes lead to problems.
And the TM department doesnt decide if there is a trademark infringement. Thats ultimately for a court to decide.

Im wondering though why you went to the TM department and 3 TM lawyers for your own brand if you are totally against any trademarks.

And indeed welcome to 2016 where we have a king and not a queen (well a queen as anextra...)

7 Million years of human history and still nothing learned !!! do you accept your King ?

not that i went to the Trademark department only
i also paid 3 Lawyers

if you paid Attention , i didn,t got a TM so that,s why i don,t like or accept any TM !
the Olympic Team got a Trademark

so what does it mean ? everyone has the same right,s ?
does here someone has Priviliges ?
