Hi guys,

Not made a topic in here for a while but this is just a quick one:

I run a website that is currently pr3 which is fine, the pages within the website e.g. /page1/ also had pr3 but for some reason over the past 2 weeks they have dropped to pr1.

The homepage of the site has still kept it's pagerank (3) but i was wondering why do pages lose pagerank, how can i keep these other pages at pr3.

Thanks in advance, Alan ;)

many people believe that there is a PR update going on.. i think that might be the reason ur PR has droopped .. it will resume back to normal when the PR update is complete

it could also be that you have links in bad neighborhood.

PR, especially on low traffic, niche pages seems to come and go at random. I have been watching 50 or so sites with the digitalpoint.com tool for a couple of years and been astonished how they come and go. PR & in the top ten results for weeks/months then suddenly they disappear for a while. Then they come back. Note that I have not made any changes during this time.

better do links pointing to your inner pages too, in this way you can get the pr back or a better inner linking of pages do help
