Hey guys,

During 3 last weeks I have 2 very possible non-payers at Afternic and Sedo. At Afternic guy is not paying during 3 weeks, at Sedo - for 1 week. They are not replying on menager's messages, just keeping silence.
Both buyers made me offers first and I accepted them. Total ammount to be paid for me is around $2K.
Can't understand why the hell people are making offers and than disappearing.
At Afternic the buyer made me 9 offers and the last his offer was accepted.
At Sedo the buyer made me 3 separate offers (the same ammount) on 3 similar domains.
It was not a mistake or something else.
The only question I have is: why!?

Impulse buying ?
Then they realize they can't charge the purchase on their credit card and carry it as debt

Maybe, but for example that Afternic buyer paid for other names that he purchased in the same time. He didn't pay only for mine name.
Mine name is .tv, not sure what extensions have other names he already paid for.

Same Person Maybe?

Possible but guess not. Totally different niches and philosophies. Afternic's name is .tv - Sedo's names are law related .com's

But who knows...

because they are not serious and just messing around
don't count on that 'imaginary' sale until the money is in escrow - is probably the best advice
