This was all done by email about a month or so ago.
They send out a form - or you can possibly email your account rep.
It's usually about a month or two before the auction.

I got 12 names in the silent auction. 11 of them are in a bundle and I still have not heard how they are handling bundles. I am a bit worried the silent auction will not get prices driven up but ohh well we will see.
