EDIT-the hosting issue has been resolved.
I'm trying to contact a namepros member who does not log in often. He has set it up so he does not receive normal emails. I've bought some hosting from him and his hosting account has been suspended (all his and mine).
Who should I contact at Namepros about contacting him via regular email. I just want NP staff to forward my email address to him.
