Hey guys i was just wondering what was the trick to pull in the big clicks for mesothelioma adsense ads.. I've had a Mesothelioma domain up for a bit over a month it's recieved round $100 but that is through an average of $1 clicks, am i missing something with all the talk about $30-$90 clicks?

The market for these kinds of sites has really cooled down in the past few months. Way too saturated if you ask me.

google is well aware of the "tricks", as are most advertisers on these kinds of terms, essentially it is "game over"

Mesothelioma is still an high paying keyword, but as every keyword you'll get the best proportion if your site gets many visitors and from important cities.

If you have a mesothelioma related site that gets 1 million daily hits, be sure that you'll get some tenths for every click - but if you get only 100-200 daily hits, every click will give you around 1 dollar.

I've been saying for a while that they were mostly hype, you'd do better with mortage or similar keywords for the moment.

Unfortunately, they were heavily promoted as a "Get-rich-quick" method, so it didn't last long. It has been GREAT for those on the other side of the ad, however, as the cost per targetted ad has become so incredibly cheap.... (But still so full of fraud :( ).

Clicks are much closer to the range you mentioned than others... ;)

It isn't "cheap" advertising, it is "junk", poorly converting advertising. Most of the bidders on terms like this just opt out of the third party sites.

If that is the case.. why would anyone want to participate in a ppc program where you don't even know what percentage you are making for your clicks.

It seems to me everyone has jumped on the bandwagon on this one!!! That's what kills the market really fast, google had such a sudden boom in clicks to their advertisers sites, that the advertisers either ran out of money or they have lowered their budgets to adjust to all the incoming traffic.

They were paying $100 a click for the meso(whatever) keyword because they were getting so few clicks from it, and then everyone figured it out, and made sites to send lots of traffic to those sites that were paying $100 per click.

If you ask me, the keywords were not so relevant when you force people to a site about meso(whatever) and then that site visitor just happens to click on it.

I could go on, and on, but I wont!
