Yes indeed!

Resellers.co.in have a good deal, it's $13.99 for .IN, and $7.89 for .CO.IN

I've registered about 20 names there, sold them all, and the ownership transfer process is quick and easy. It uses a Directi back-end. The owner is a NamePros member, so support is easy to reach. Sometimes I bug him when there's not even any problems, just to keep him on his toes.
