Who is CDN Properties Incorporated?

Do you guys have any idea who is behind CDN Properties Incorporated, a Panama based company which seems to be holding lots of domain names?

I have a raw idea it could be somebody involved in a registrar company but I'm waiting for ideas.

Is it one of the big guy domainers out there?
