Who can say where this page is Parked ?

I was doing some research today and came across this page (http://HF.ANNUALCREDITCHECK.COM). Can anyone tell me where this page is parked ?

I found this page when I looked at another parked page and saw that this was a sponsored result. This suggests that this person is advertising the domain name. Don't most PPC companies prefer that you not create this type of traffic?
