As an avid WHMCS user myself, and as designer/developer too. I shall be offering the following services at a discounted price, this is only going to be available to NamePros members - if you aren't a NamePros member however, contact me anyway, and I'll see what I can do...

I do have examples of my work. However, I'll only show you work completed for the latest build, which is: v3.6 (that would seem most appropriate here, considering WHMCS changes quite a lot - per release, of course.)

Integration starts from $20, and a complete overhaul for your WHMCS system (excluding orderforms), starts from about $50. Obivously, this is negotiable.
