Reg fees because it doesn't make sense. Gold prices are determined by the amount of pure gold (karat) in the item, not the alloy which gives it its color (white, yellow, pink ...)

Karat for karat white gold and yellow gold have exactly the same gold content. Adding white to the domain is irrelevant. Wouldn't say regfee though. You can maybe get mid $xx - high $xx from some gold fanatic that is investing in everything he can get his hands on and he's in a good mood.
