Which works best with Sedo or even Afternic?

Is it buy it now or Some landing page with parking?

My previous Domain sale was not even listed. Someone contacted me with my phone number from the Who is database. Then I listed it in Sedo and then it was sold. What is your experience?

Yeah Afternic seems to beat the competition. My question though was which style works best? Buy it now landing page or a parking page?
