Which Webcam Do You Use?

I just got a Creative Live! IM Pro webcam off eBay for a touch over $25 (incl. shipping) and was wondering which webcam you use? Any here video blog (my aim is to do video reviews)?

I was thinking about buying one on ebay.

I keep in touch with my family in the Philippines. They recently bought a webcam, and said I should buy one also.

I was looking around ebay for webcams a few weeks ago. I know nothing about webcams so I didn't buy any because I didn't know if they were good deals or not.

My family in the Philippines bought one for around 400 pesos (about $8). They use it with Yahoo Messenger, and it lags alot. So hows that Creative Live IM Pro working for you. Does it lag, or is it pretty good?

im using the logitech quickcam communicate stx. it's all black and has a blue light that goes on when the cam is on. both audio and video are working fine for me and it looks great on the outside too!!

I have the Logitech QuickCam Orbit MP....
It is a great web cam although I have found I have no need for it....
but I gotta be cool and have a webcam...damn technology and keeping up.

In all truth it is a fantastic web camera that goes beyond most needs..but that is just my opinion.

The one I bought is similar in function to the Orbit (another webcam I'd considered)...

I have the Logitech QuickCam Orbit MP....

Just won the auction and paid for it today so don't have it yet.. I've seen good reviews on them. Hopefully it'll work out ok for my needs.

BTW- sometimes the lag isn't the cam but the web connection speed..

So hows that Creative Live IM Pro working for you. Does it lag, or is it pretty good?

I've also got the Logitech Quickcam Communicate STX... but I wouldn't know about the performance, as I don't use it :bah:

I have a logitech quickcam and a fancy one with inbuilt mic and light sensitive LEDs. Don't use that one much though.

Have a regular snap-shot/video camera that works for cam for the time being. Maybe I'll get a real one before college...
