"Clothes dryer" is used here, but 99% of the time it's just "dryer".

Yeah, the combo is normally just called a Washer & Dryer here.

Don't use either. As stated by my main man Brad bmugford, we use the terms washer & dryer. Us Americans keep it real and simple, because we all a bit gangsta really. We don't say clothes dryer, because what's the need to say anything about clothes? A washer and dryer...it's pretty self-explanatory. :) Though we do call the dish washer the dish washer. :D I guess it's because the washer and dryer were first made...and thus they were the only washer and dryer machines at the time when people started saying it.

Dryer is the only one that makes sense. Clothes is normally a bad word to use in domains (regarding dryer or anything else). Half the people will spell it wrong and it sounds boring and old-fashioned.
