You have your own registrar? How is that working out for you? What were the starting costs and annual running costs? How many domains do you need to make break-even. Did you use some kind of "service" to create your own registrar? Or did you go it alone?

The problem as I see it. Is it's going to take a ton of money to replicate all the stuff Dynadot (or any registrar) provide with their control panel.
