No ,I wasn't forgetting Cashflow . My point is
with that many REAL premium domains, asking about developing websites would be a moot point.

If my memory doesn't fail me, it was sold about over a year and half ago for $30k. As I said, el has always been a smart buyer and smarter negotiator.
