For me:

1. one looks like character from chinese cartoon series (not logo at all).
2. one is better, but somthing is wrong with that circle behind.

Personally.."B" doesn't look like a mouse and something about the yellow background bothers me..

A. just a choppy Jerry mouse
B. is better, just square and enlarge the glasses and brighten the yellow (maybe).

I'd try something else.
