Which is the best CPM program? How good Chitika is? The answers of these questions are imoportant for me. Please tell if you know the answers.

My experience with Chitika.com was terrible. Extremely low CTR and EPC. Perhaps the most annoying thing was the fact their ads were mostly unrelated in any way to the domain name and its keyword category. The ads seemed random in nature which is why the CTR was so very low. I would never try them again. I wasted a few months with their nonsense and related poor support.

Ok, if not Chitika then which is the best and high paying CPM ad network. I am really curious to know this answer because I am ready to start advertising on my site.
