I would say develop - I did not find a good parking company.

There's a huge gap in the market which someone somewhere will eventually fill. The entire continent of Europe is without a parking company that can monetise clicks in European languages. Try Sedo, but don't expect them to be any good.

There's no parking company that I know of that's good for Polish words or traffic. I think you'll have to develop the domain or wait until a parking company that can monetise it comes along.
