it works for me. I got their hosting package and put in the promo and the price dropped. They have a free hosting package too.

It didn't say anything about a hosting package. Just that the promo code was applied but the order did not qualify, check promo terms. There was nowhere to check what the terms were. So maybe it has to be coupled with a hosting pack.

US in florida. I think it only works when you select some kind of hosting.

I am also in Florida but it didn't work with the free hosting plan.
