Yup, tucows are affiliated with afternic..

Ok. I found it on Afternic. I tried to bid on it. It went to the "Make an Assisted Offer on any domain" page. I put in the domain name and minimum offer, but nothing happened. I checked the domain and it has no bids. Auction ends 22nd Feb. When does the bidding start? Does the domain drop if no bids? also. It only appears in the ALL list, not in MEMBERS LISTINGS, AFTERNIC AUCTIONS or CLOSING SOON lists.

Our Assisted Offer product has nothing to do with our Auction Product - they are two completely different things, so I am not surprised this was confusing.

Tucows warehouses anything good. So, if its a great domain - dont expect to see it on the auction block anytime soon.

Actually, I've contact Pete. He's looking into the fact why it's on auction (but I can't bid on it) but doesn't show up when searching in the link he provided.
