Where to Backorder .CC names?

I prefer to register my .CC names at GoDaddy since the price is good, but they do not let you backorder that tld. Does anyone know where I can do that. (Also if you know where I can search for expiring/dropping CC domains, if you know).

AFAIK, you cannot backorder .cc domains.

Anyone know at what time cc domains drop and become available?
