Hi I am a newbie, hence the question.

I am looking for the best place to park my 100 or so domains. I have started using Uniregistry. The layout and process is great but I dunno about the returns. Only have a few with them and dont want to set up all my domains till I know where is the best place to do this.

Any help will be greatly appreciated...

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
It doesn't matter where you park if you have no traffic, or traffic that doesn't convert.
I would say try Sedo or another place where portfolios are not screened for quality and everyone is accepted.
Or host the domains yourself and analyze the raw traffic logs. Then you'll see if there is traffic that can be optimized further.
This is assuming your question is about parking revenue, and not just parking for sale.

I agree no traffic = $0 but Bodis used to get me 10 times more parking revenue than at Sedo. Was making about $100 per month with sedo than up to 1K with Bodis lol

The best place to park is the disabled spots, they are almost always free!

Please read previous 10+ threads on NPs where to park. Use above.com and make as many Parking accounts as possible. There is no such place as the best place. In order to determine which place is best ,shuffle the domains around so you can get a feeling. Each domain performs differently.

I dont park my domains anymore, no money and increases the risk of losing an UDRP. I had success with Bodis in the past, about 500-1,000 a month, now it would be $1...

Best of luck!

Interesting... may I ask what do you do with your domains as you await to sell them? I am gonna google UDRP but it sounds bad lol.

Does it make sense to build a simple info site with adsense or affiliate links on it? I have domains like steamrecipes.com and howtodoanimation.com that might suit this.

For crappy high traffic - redirect/parking place

For decent or low traffic with high RPC - Domainsponsor, Rook, or ParkingCrew

I have no idea why you'd park at Sedo or Bodis anymore. I guess maybe you'd get a higher CTR, but for the literally pennies they pay these days on a click, who cares?

Your most reasonable option as decades80 pointed out, is using above.

To park, or not to park. That is the question.

if your goal is to build a few page websites with full of adsense ads, you will get banned form adsense.

Also, your site will be hard to rank, you must build a quality site with high quality and unique content. It take a lot of time and effort.

I prefer using a landing page like Uniregistry with no ads so interested buyers clearly know it is for sale. I am also working on a project where I will do some marketing for my Brandable domain names (names that can be used as brand names).

Try a few names with our platform Toughdomains.com you can test 20 names for free forever.
We offer a hosted content page that increases revenue from traditional parked domains. Most customers with 200 names go from $2 to $3 per month with parked pages to $18 to $25 with our hosted pages.

You need to have an adsense account and we offer a free offer form and take no commision.
We also provide you referrals and stats on your domains and give you a portfolio link for up to 5 portfolios.

We keep all your offers in our system and show you the geo location location of the person who made the offer on your names.

Hi
seems like you already made your decision, before you posted.

Good Luck!
If you read carefully in the first post I said I only had few domains out of over a hundred with them. And will give them a try. But wanted any advice on a better option or if anybody had experience with them.... jeeez

above is not a parking company all they do is switch your dns for you to each of the parking companies. So you point your dns to above and you have to sign up for each parking company and load all your names in each parking company. Then you can easily switch btw parking companies. We have personally tested all the major companies and the answer to which is the best really depends on the name. Some names on some months did better on one network and other names on other months did better on other networks. But at the end of the day with over 15k monthly visits and over 150 names we generated btw $0.90 and $3.51 per month in parking. Per month not day We found hosting one page of content and running ads on that page generated at about 5 to 10 times as much.
