How to do good graphics for websites. I struggle with the cartoony side to things I can do the text and fill effects and stuff easy but the little logo identities i suck at them. What software do you guys use and how do you use it to do them could someone make me a mini-tutorial or link me to one? I've been wanting to get a site going for ages but this is one of the things that holds me back.

I use Adobe Photoshop and sometimes use Adobe Illustrator. Go to www.pixel2life.com to get amazing tutorials. I would recommend Photoshop. If you don't have the money you can download GIMP, http://www.gimp.org/, it is a free alternative to PS and is almost identical in look and usability.

Hope this helps,
