when selling domains, is it traditional for the seller to absorbs fees/costs (ie, paypal fees)?
also
when exchanging np$ for paypal, do members absorb the fees as well?

I always just work paypal fees into the cost. You can put that the seller pays the fees and then list the fees. If not, it is assumed that the seller will not be paying the fees.

When using the np exchange, you normally absorb the fees. Some buyers of both domains and np will include alittle extra for the paypal cost. Hope that answers your question!

If it doesn't say you have to pay the fees, then you don't have to. Not everyone adds alittle extra also. Good luck in in your bidding!

if its not stated in the sales thread that the buyer pays fees, its bad manners for the seller to ask you too IMO
