MOSCOW, Russia (CNN) -- A Russian mini-submarine with seven trapped crew members has surfaced Sunday from the Pacific depths where it had been stuck since Thursday, according to the Russian news agency Interfax.

It's a good thing the Russians learned their lesson from the Kursk incident and asked for help when they needed it.
