i use the "feed headlines" gadget in the vista sidebar.

hmm i was trying to see if there were a few popular ones but i think rss feeds have yet to reach a "large enough" audience, although i'm sure it's growing quite well.

I use Mozilla Thunderbird, so I can browse feeds and my emails at the same time.

I've got everything running into igoogle and then it's my home page so I can see the reader headlines the minute I log on each day.

I prefer google's - the design is quite neat and simple, but the deciding factor for me was the convenience... I use gmail all the time, so having something linked was more convenient than having another reader somewhere else.
